Old industrial table, casted iron

Old restored industrial table, workbench (workshop table). The table is very robust, its weight is just over 100 kg.

The robust table top (solid robinia) consists of individual beams, which are connected to each other at the bottom with three crossbars. The plate hangs a bit (on the pictures on the front).

After careful cleaning, the wood was sanded and sealed with beeswax. The work surface has a wonderful patina (small scratches, discoloration). There are some inactive woodworm holes in the wood (below). We have removed the wood worms ecologically (without chemicals), I am happy to write the method on request.

The cast iron feet are also cleaned and conserved (again with a very nice and incomparable patina of the old metal) and sealed with a hard oil and wax mixture, so the surface remains natural. The three connections and their screws are original, which is rarely the case.

Use: because of the size, the old table is versatile, both as a dining table or in retail etc.
