Old black industrial lamps „PHACOPS B”

Old black industrial lamps, factory lamps with a cast iron top. Age: from 1948 to the late 1950s.

The industrial lamps have slight traces of the past decades (flaking, rust spots, scratches, discolouration, etc.). The necks tend to be lighter – the color of the middle parts goes towards anthracite and is not homogeneous.

These old factory lamps are cleaned and newly electrified, with new E27 ceramic sockets.

Material: black / anthracite (white inside) enamelled sheet steel, cast iron.

You get the lamps with 2 meters of cable and massive hanging eyes for a safe hanging. For an additional charge, the lamps can also be supplied with textile cables and chain suspension. We can also offer canopies.

The dimensions: height of the lamps approx. 50 cm (without eyelet), diameter approx. 41 cm, weight approx. 8 kg.

Technical details:

Fitting: New porcelain bulb socket E27, suitable for all currently available bulbs (LED, energy-saving, halogen and traditional bulbs): Halogen and traditional bulbs with a maximum performance of up to 60 Watt may be used. Our recommendation for these lamps are LED bulbs, for example, with a carbon-filament look. The lamps are supplied without bulbs.

Cabling: Newly electrified, using quality cabling made in Germany, length 2 metres. Other lengths or textile cable are available on request (at an additional charge).

Hanging mount: The lamps are provided with an eye, but no mount for hanging. Please make sure a suitable mount is used to hang the lamp. Lifting or mounting the lamps using the cable is not permitted. A chain hanger may also be provided at extra cost, this is galvanised, 2 metres long, with snaphooks top and bottom, and without canopy.

How to use: The lamps are suitable only for indoor use. Please use the closed lamps with LED bulbs.
